What You Need to Know
SPARK Business Services previously worked with N’Kiyla Jasmine Thomas, a 2026 U.S. Senate candidate in Oklahoma. We provided branding, a campaign website, and digital support.
At the time, our services were offered as an in-kind donation.
On June 6, 2025, we resigned from the campaign due to repeated communication issues, lack of follow-through, and behavior that did not align with our values or professional standards.
After our resignation:
- Our work continued to be used without permission
- The website remained active without a new agreement
- No resolution was reached by the extended deadline of July 21, 2025
Because of this, we:
- Took the campaign website offline
- Withdrew the in-kind donation
- Issued a standard $1,250 invoice for services rendered (financing available at 8% APR)
All designs, branding, and digital assets remain the property of SPARK Business Services and cannot be used without written approval.
We’re sharing this for clarity and transparency — no drama, just facts.
We’ve moved on. But we do encourage others to do your research before supporting any candidate. Actions behind the scenes matter just as much as what’s said publicly.
The high road clears the view.
